Janet Donnelly (of the Gymnastics Association) received a very nice letter from Lloyds, the Torch Day sponsor:

Hi Janet, I hope you’re well.

I’m back from a few days leave and want to send the team, coaches and
parents our many thanks and congratulations for putting on such a
magnificent display.

I got so much positive feedback from the audience and our London 2012 team
about how much they enjoyed watching the team perform and for me what was
so obvious was how much the team enjoyed themselves too, it makes such a
difference.

They contributed to what was described by Vidar Eilerston, Senior
Operations Manager for our Olympic Torch Relay team as “one of the best
days and experiences of my lifetime”.

Once again my many thanks to all concerned.
